(A) JOB SUMMARY
The Founder's Office Associate will work directly with the CEO, driving high-visibility business, strategic, and communication support. This is a content- and execution-focused role best suited for individuals who are sharp, articulate, structured, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. The Associate will own decks, demos, meeting documentation, follow-ups, and external communication (LinkedIn, email) on behalf of the CEO/Founder's office — ensuring every output is polished, accurate, and on-brand.
(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Presentations & Decks
• Build high-quality decks for board meetings, investor updates, client pitches, and internal reviews
• Translate raw inputs (notes, data, ideas) into structured, visually polished presentations
• Maintain templates and ensure brand and visual consistency across all decks
Demos & Product Walkthroughs
• Prepare and deliver product/company demos to prospects, partners, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with product/engineering teams to stay current on features and use cases
• Tailor demo narratives to different audiences (investors, clients, partners)
Meeting Documentation & Follow-ups
• Record and summarize key meetings (calls, reviews, strategy sessions)
• Capture action items, owners, and deadlines; track them through to closure
• Circulate concise, accurate meeting notes to relevant stakeholders
External Communication & LinkedIn
• Draft and publish LinkedIn posts for the CEO/company, aligned with brand voice
• Track engagement and suggest content ideas based on trends and company milestones
• Coordinate with marketing/design for visual assets when needed
Email & Correspondence Management
• Draft, proofread, and manage professional email correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Prioritize and triage incoming emails; flag urgent items
• Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with the CEO's voice
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Liaise with department heads to gather updates, data, and inputs for CEO reviews
• Track open items across teams and drive them to completion
• Support ad hoc strategic projects and research as assigned by the CEO/Founder's office
(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
Core Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field from a reputed university
• 1-3 years of experience in a founder's office, business operations, consulting, or strategic support role
• Strong hands-on skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva — able to build clean, executive-ready decks independently
• Comfortable presenting/demoing to external audiences (clients, investors, partners)
• Excellent written English — able to draft LinkedIn posts, emails, and meeting notes with minimal editing
AI & Tools
• Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) for content creation, research, and drafting
• Familiarity with prompt engineering is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Gmail) and MS Office Suite
Traits
• High ownership of follow-ups — nothing falls through the cracks
• Strong storytelling and visual sense for decks and content
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility settings
• Discretion and professionalism when handling business-sensitive information
Nice-to-Have
• Prior experience creating investor decks or running product demos
• Exposure to LinkedIn/content marketing
• Familiarity with tech/software products (helps in running demos)
