(A)JOB SUMMARY
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and executive-level relationship
management across key enterprise customers. This role manages a portfolio of top strategic accounts and is fully
accountable for account success — from account strategy planning to renewals, cross-sell, and upsell.

As an individual contributor, the role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders across product,
solutioning, delivery, and customer success.

(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned strategic / high-value accounts aligned with
annual revenue targets.
• Build trusted relationships at CXO, VP, Director, Procurement, and Technical leadership levels to drive long-
term partnership.
• Identify and convert opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, multi-year renewals, and platform adoption across
Lepton solution portfolios.
• Lead quarterly and annual account planning, QBRs, EBRs, roadmap discussions, pricing negotiations, and
commercials.
• Maintain deep understanding of customers’ business priorities, digital transformation goals, and industry
trends to position Lepton solutions as a strategic enabler.
• Own full revenue lifecycle for cross sell and upsell: account penetration → proposals → negotiations →
contracting → closure → invoicing follow-up with internal teams.
• Closely coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, finance, and product teams to ensure project timelines, customer
satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage risk flags, churn signals, commercial deviations, and SLA performance proactively and escalate
internally when needed.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, and stakeholder dashboards.
• Represent Lepton in leadership discussions, governance councils, and strategic partnership forums within
assigned accounts.

(C) TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL-SET & QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA (Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Management or related field).
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise / technology / SaaS account management or strategic sales roles.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-value enterprise accounts with multi-million annual
revenues.
• Experience handling complex B2B technology contracts, licensing models, and multi-country engagements is
a strong advantage.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and manage long sales cycles with a consultative
approach.
• Strong understanding of solution/value selling; exposure to GIS, location intelligence, SaaS, cloud, data
analytics, or telecom tech is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
